How It Works
Nebula Road is designed around a weekly subscription. The first week is paid at full price, then the applicable discount starts from the following week and continues each week for the subscription period.
Your road map
From week one to weekly discounts
Week one is full price
Your first week costs the normal full amount. The planned checkout structure shows the discounted weekly amount plus an upfront amount so the first payment equals the full cost.
Your discount starts after week one
From the next week, you pay the applicable discounted weekly price. The subscription is designed to continue weekly for one year, subject to its terms and product eligibility.
Payments are every Thursday
Nebula Road’s planned payment day is Thursday, giving each subscription a consistent weekly payment schedule.
For bill-based products
We need proof of your bill
For a product that pays or discounts a household bill, you will need to send Nebula Road proof of that bill. This lets the business confirm the bill and the payment information before processing it.
The secure upload and verification form will be added in a later build step. Do not send sensitive banking or identity information through an ordinary contact form.
